Announcing the blog

This is the companion blog to my main site. I built it as a quiet place to write at more length than a homepage allows, on the subjects I spend my working days inside: engineering leadership, payments systems at scale, and the practice of building software with AI agents.

The plan is short posts, published when I have something worth saying rather than on a schedule. Expect notes on how teams actually ship, what holds up under load, and where the current wave of tooling helps and where it gets in the way.
